The Problem
A solvable crisis, if the data and policy align
Water scarcity in Palestine is compounded by aging infrastructure, fragmented distribution networks, and limited real-time monitoring. Every leak undetected is water — and money — a community cannot afford to lose. U-Ctrl exists to close that gap with low-cost IoT sensing, rigorous field data, and policy engagement.
Detect
Low-cost sensors monitor tanks, wells, and pump lines in real time to flag leaks before they become losses.
Measure
Pilot household data builds an evidence base for how much water — and money — is recoverable at scale.
Influence
Findings feed directly into policy recommendations for the Palestinian Water Authority and regional partners.

20 demo houses. Real data, real households.
Our current pilot phase monitors household tank and well systems across the West Bank, with a goal of scaling to 50–100 households in Year 1. Every installation feeds our research dataset and informs the policy recommendations we bring to the Palestinian Water Authority.
